Yes all Olivia + Eve skincare products are suitable for vegans, as we do not use animal-derived ingredients.
We are proud to say no - our products are never tested on animals.
The Advanced Radiance Serum has an expiry date from the date of manufacture, whilst all other products have a 12M PAO open lid jar symbol on the label. This means that the product must be used within 12 months after opening.
Yes. Our primary philosophy is to use science backed actives in our formulations. Each of our products are regulated and have undergone rigorous third party testing including toxicology and safety assessments. We also undergo dermatological testing for each product and the results of those tests have concluded our products are 'safe for skin'.
We are sorry to hear about your reaction. As a precaution, our recommendation is that before using any of our products, that you conduct a patch test prior to wider use. All our products have been independently approved by dermatologists in a clinical setting, are made in the UK to strict manufacturing standards and have been concluded to be non-irritating. It is possible that your reaction could be due to an allergy with at least one of the ingredients. Please stop using the product and contact your nearest health provider to investigate further.

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please refer to our shipping policy or contact our customer service team for more information.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, depending on the contact information provided at checkout. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Before returning an item, please read our full refund policy, which can be found here.
After you have read the refund policy, to start a return, please contact us at hello@OliviaAndEve.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items incorrectly sent to the registered office address are automatically discarded/disposed of.
